Fee for a session of 2h: 30 € (WINTER DEAL)
Membership (Bundle of 4 sessions) for regular participants: 100 € (WINTER DEAL)
*All materials including clay, tools and firings, as well as a selection of glazes and underglazes are provided. If you wish to use a different glaze, you are welcome to bring your store-bought glaze suitable for stoneware firing.
Whether it is a cup, bowl, vase or a small sculpture, you will learn the basics of handbuilding and experiment with it. This workshop runs every Saturday (except from holidays or special occasions), in which the participants will learn and experiment on new techniques along the way, according to their needs and interests. Once your pieces are dry (1-2 weeks), I’ll fire them in the kiln, and you’ll glaze your piece(s) during one of the sessions before the final stoneware firing. At the end, you’ll have functional, finished pieces that you shaped entirely yourself.
✓ To book more than one spot please click on the payment link again and make a new payment.
✓ In order to have finished pieces you will need to book at least two dates, one for handbuilding, one for glazing. If that is not possible for some reason, I could also glaze and fire your pieces for an extra fee.

Fee for a session of 2h: 80 €
*All materials including clay, tools and firings, as well as a selection of glazes and underglazes are provided. If you wish to use a different glaze, you are welcome to bring your store-bought glaze suitable for stoneware firing.
In these one-on-one classes, you’ll learn the essentials of wheelthrowing and experiment on creating different forms with my guidance. The first session is dedicated to throwing, the second to trimming. Once your pieces are dry, I’ll fire them in the kiln, and you’ll return for a glazing session before the final stoneware firing. We can either have a private glazing session or you can glaze your wheelthrown pieces participating in the group workshop on a Saturday morning. At the end, you’ll take home your finished pieces, unique and made entirely by your own hands.
OPEN WHEEL SPOT ‒ Only for more experienced participants
If you have already taken wheelthrowing classes and you can work independently or with little help on the wheel, you can use the wheel during the hand building workshop on Saturday from 10am-12pm, paying the same fee for a handbuilding workshop. There is only 1 wheel, so 1 available spot each time!
